So I thought a lot about what I want to accomplish and how I want to do it. Here are the basics...
- I want to lose 40 pounds (yep, 40)
- I want to me able to accomplish a physical task I never have before. (I haven't decided what that is yet, but I think it's going to be breaking an hour on my 10k)
- I want to do it by following my little fibromyalgia diet and exercise.
- No white (especially sugar)
- No red meat
- No fried food
- No processed (especially msg, aspertame and nitrates)
- No caffeine (including chocolate)
So tomorrow, look forward to my food journal, what I did to exercise and how many pounds I have left to goal!
